When y'all click on print in that location is a place to choose the printer, there is too a place that says Specifications, click on it, set your items for your press. On my Epson printer at that place is an item in the lower left that says Default.

Hullo and cheers for your response. I have my printer is an HP role jet 3830 I accept all the settings except the ane that gives a choice for color or blackness and white. Information technology appears to be something from the upper correct corner of my screen where I can use a drop down to print from. The choices when I become to print are color, monochrome, or grayscale. Information technology will not permit me to modify it dorsum to color. I have non changed tis setting. I just showed my wife where she could go for a black and white option. This just comes upwards using explorer. If I apply Chrome the selection is color or black & white but everything still comes out monochrome or black and white.

Pick 2: Uninstall and Reinstall the Printer
A. Uninstall the Printer
Windows Key+X > Apps and Features / Programs and Features
Select your printer.
Select Uninstall.
Windows key+R, type command, hit Enter
Open up Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your Printer. If you see information technology listed, correct-click on it and choose Delete or Remove Device
Windows Key+R, type Cmd, hitting Enter
Type printui.exe /due south > OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Await for Printer commuter. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the lesser.
Select OK.
Select Employ and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
B. Install the Commuter
Get to the Printer manufacturer'southward website and search for the latest Windows x drivers
Reinstall the Printer driver
Reboot the calculator
